The service

SofaSub makes QR codes and video graphics that link viewers to your YouTube channel or videos, and counts scans and clicks. SofaSub is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what's done with your account. Only make codes for channels you own or have permission to promote.

Fair use

Don't use SofaSub to mislead viewers, to link to anything other than YouTube channels and videos, or in a way that breaks YouTube's rules or the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Pro plan and payments

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, in advance, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Plan & billing; Pro then runs to the end of the period you've paid for. As the service starts as soon as you subscribe, payments aren't refundable except where the law says otherwise. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Your codes

Codes you've made keep working if you move back to the Free plan. If you delete a code, or your account is closed, codes in your videos will stop working. We'll always give notice before closing the service, and aim to keep codes working for as long as we can.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep SofaSub running, but provide it "as is" and can't promise it will never be interrupted. We aren't responsible for YouTube's behaviour, subscriber numbers, or losses you couldn't reasonably expect. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
